First of all, I would like to mention that when TWCS Publishing House approached me about participating in this event, I was asked if there was a particular day I wanted assigned to me. Chapter I Delilah Preston pushed her way up Congress Avenue. There was a parade taking place and the crowd had made leaving her bookstore nearly impossible.
